Golf Course News

As our summer proceeds, the staff at maintenance will be working to knock down the weeds, trim the trees and help beautify the surrounding areas of the golf course in preparation for the upcoming season. With the monsoon storms looming and the humid air, we will begin to see the weeds and trees start to grow at a faster rate. In the next month to six weeks we will want to begin applying our preemergents to prohibit growth of new weeds, and will want to treat and remove the weeds that have already sprung up.

 

Summer golf play passes will be available August 1st for only $50!

 

Half of the summer is already past us and we are about to enjoy a turn to better weather. Our summer play pass was made available June 1st to those who wanted a home to play their golf all summer long, but at $150 it’s not such a good deal anymore. Wait until August 1st and you can purchase the last 8 weeks leading up to overseed for only $50. That’s only $6.25 per week!
